ZAGREB, Jan 26 (Hina) - The Zagreb County Court on Tuesday confirmed that an investigation in the case against Nada Sakic was completed. Sakic was an official in a Croatian concentration camp in Stara Gradiska during World War Two.
The Court reported that the entire investigation documentation had been submitted to the Zagreb County State Attorney's Office which is obligated to within 15 days propose further investigation or press charges. Nada Sakic, full name Esperanza Tambic de Bilanovic Sakic, underwent pre-trial investigation in Zagreb for war crimes against humanity. She has been detained since November 2, 1998 and will be detained until February 2, 1999. According to the Zagreb County Court, 26 witnesses were questioned in pre-trial.(hina) ha jn
