ZAGREB, Jan 25 (Hina) - The Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly on Monday afternoon started its fifth winter session without Croatian Opposition representatives, who are not attending the session for the first time since
Croatia's admission to the Council of Europe. An incomplete Croatian Parliament delegation will attend the session from January 25 to 29, while an Opposition representative and member of the Parliament delegation to the Council of Europe, Stjepan Radic, will participate in the session of the Committee for Monitoring, which should adopt a draft report on Croatia.
