GENEVA, Dec 18 (Hina) - Croatia and Japan on Friday signed in Geneva +a bilateral agreement on the conclusion of negotiations within the +World Trade Organisation (WTO).+ The agreement was signed by Croatia's national coordinator for
+negotiations with the WTO, Neven Mimica, and the Japanese +Ambassador at the WTO, Nabutoshi Akao.+ The said agreement is the first Croatia has signed with one of 16 WTO +negotiating countries. It is expected to be signed with other +countries in the near future as well.+ Multilateral negotiations will resume in February 1999, whereby +Croatia will enter the final negotiating round within the WTO. +Full-right membership is expected during the course of next year.+(hina) ha+

a bilateral agreement on the conclusion of negotiations within the
World Trade Organisation (WTO).
The agreement was signed by Croatia's national coordinator for
negotiations with the WTO, Neven Mimica, and the Japanese
Ambassador at the WTO, Nabutoshi Akao.
The said agreement is the first Croatia has signed with one of 16 WTO
negotiating countries. It is expected to be signed with other
countries in the near future as well.
Multilateral negotiations will resume in February 1999, whereby
Croatia will enter the final negotiating round within the WTO.
Full-right membership is expected during the course of next year.
