ZAGREB, JANUARY 4 CROATIAN DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER COMMENTS ON PRESIDING OVER EUZAGREB, Jan 4 (Hina) - With Germany's mandate of presiding over the European Union in 1999, Croatia expects a continuation and boosting of intensified and open dialogue with the European Union, which should result in Croatia's accession into the PHARE programme, Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Ivo Sanader told Croatian Television Monday evening.
