VIENNA, Nov 28 (Hina) - Croatian Interior Minister Sime Lucin and Austrian counterpart Ernst Strasser held talks in Vienna on Tuesday on enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation between the two ministries. The two ministers told
reporters the two countries' crime police forces would meet in Zagreb in January, when a 1994 cooperation agreement will be concretised. Minister Strasser said Croatia was an important partner Austria would work with to prevent organised crime and raise the level of security of the two countries' citizens, and Europe in general. Croatia's Lucin said cooperation would also refer to shedding light on money laundering. "We know that some money laundering routes, so to speak, went from Croatia via Austria," he said.
