ZAGREB, Nov 25 (Hina) - The government will consider a report on the Ogulin barracks tragedy most probably next Thursday and will then be able to take a position on Defence Minister Jozo Rados' resignation, Prime Minister Ivica Racan
said on Saturday. "The Croatian government has requested a complete and detailed investigation into the causes of the accident at the Ogulin barracks. I expect we shall have the report at the government's session on Thursday, when we shall be able to take a position on Minister Rados' resignation," said Racan. He assessed the resignation was a "quick, desirable and moral" act. "There are accidents in other armies too, better ones, which have a longer tradition and are more professional than Croatia's. But if there are accidents one could say should have been averted, then it's those caused by man's error. The one in Ogulin was that kind of accident," said Racan. The

The tragedy in Ogulin occurred earlier this month. During an
accidental mortar explosion, 16 conscripts were lightly and five
seriously injured. The circumstances of the accident remain
unknown.
