ZAGREB STOCK EXCHANGE SUSPENDS TRADING IN DALMATINSKA BANKA SHARES ZAGREB, Nov 20 (Hina) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange on Monday suspended the trading in Dalmatinska Banka shares due to the Bank's failure to inform the public of its
take-over of Istarska Banka timely and in line with the Zagreb Stock Exchange regulations. Due to the Bank's failure to fulfil its obligations from the Regulations on Quotation I of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the Quotation Committee decided to publicly caution Dalmatinska Banka and suspend the trading in its shares until it fulfils its obligations from the Quotation Regulations. Istarska Banka, Dalmatinska Banka and the London-based investment fund 'Regent Europe' signed a contract on strategic linking last week in Pula.
