OPATIJA, Nov 17 (Hina) - Croatian economists participating in the seminar "Economic policy of Croatia - What and How in 2001", pointed to great differences in views on strategic moves which should help Croatia's economy to resolve a
crisis. Advisor of the Croatian President Stjepan Zdunic believes that the current concept should be replaced with the one which would be more suitable for the circumstances in the country. He added the government must pay attention to economic failure, which could be disastrous for the country, primarily because of the international position. Croatian National Bank (HNB) governor Zeljko Rohatinski said the HNB aimed at keeping the inflation rate at the same level in 2001, namely at the one lower than 4,5 percent.
