According to the Polish President, the newly opened factory is a
proof of good cooperation between Poland and Croatia.
I have to express my satisfaction that the factory is already in
business, which means the opening of new jobs in the region, where
they are needed, the Polish President said.
Podravka's factory in Poland is a part of an investment cycles of
Podravka worth DM250 million, which started several years ago,
Podravka's management board president Darko Marinac said. The
company will ensure better profitability at the Polish market,
profit tax exemption, the decrease of custom duties and cheaper raw
materials, energy, transport etc.
The factory in Poland will also enable better competition of
Podravka products at neighbouring markets.
