Njavro to the DC. In parliamentary corridor talk Njavro's going over to the DC is connected to yesterday's speculations that the HDZ will support draft constitutional changes if its amendment on the binding nature of parliamentary mandates is adopted. This, it is speculated, would prevent further weakening of HDZ's ranks.It is also speculated that, should the amendment be adopted, some dissatisfied HDZ deputies could change their party ranks before the declaration of constitutional changes.(hina) rml
