DUBROVNIK, Oct 30 (Hina) - Citizens' savings in the Dubrovacka Bank d.d. has reached the amount of half a billion German marks, which is a 17 per cent increase in relation to last year. This year so far 1,760 citizens' loans have been
granted, worth DM20.4 million, which is seven per cent more than in the same period last year. The fiscal year 2000 for the Bank represents a consolidation of business and overcoming a crisis, Dubrovacka Bank management board chairman Vlaho Sutic said. Sutic announced for next year the process of privatisation and finding a strategic partner who will stabilise the Bank's position as a middle-scale bank in Croatia through refinancing, he said.
