ZAGREB, Oct 24 (Hina) - Croatia's Ministry of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and Crafts and Raiffeisenbank Austria dd Zagreb (RBA) on Tuesday signed a contract on the restructuring of small and medium-sized businesses. Under the
contract, 50 million kuna (approximately 5.68 million US dollars) will be used for the restructuring of small and medium-sized companies where the Government holds over 25 percent of shares. The lowest amount of a loan in line with this programme will be 30,000 German marks, while highest amount has not been limited. The changeable annual interest rate is 7.5 percent, with the grace of two year, and the loan should be paid back in seven years. According to Minister Pecek, there are about 500 small and medium-sized companies in which the Government has a 25-percent portion and which will be able to meet criteria set in the restructuring
