ZAGREB, Oct 18 (Hina) - Croatia's Minister of Crafts and Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, Zeljko Pecek, and Italian Ambassador Fabio Pigliapoco on Wednesday discussed investment possibilities in Croatia and cooperation between small
and medium-sized businesses. The two officials described Italian-Croatian economic relations as excellent. Italian investors have demonstrated great interest in investing into Croatia, which they believe is a stable environment for investments, Pigliapoco said. Apart from investments that have been realised so far (Privredna Banka, Splitska Banka, Zagrebacka Banka), there is also interest in investing into war-stricken areas and small and medium-sized businesses. Pecek announced that Italian investors would be provided with a catalogue of projects in Croatia.
