The Sabor's lower house bound all state officials to raise the question about the whereabouts of missing and detained Croatian soldiers and civilians during their meetings with officials from Yugoslavia, Bosnia-Herzegovina (including its Serb entity - the Republic of Srpska) and representatives of international organisations.
