ZAGREB, Oct 6 (Hina) - The House of Representatives has ended its Friday session and will continue its debate on draft constitutional changes on Tuesday, October 10. The draft regulations which provoked most debate today include the
issue of whether the government can suggest to the president of the state to dissolve the parliament, whether the Croatian National Sabor should be renamed into the Croatian Sabor, if the term 'regional' self-government should be introduced in the Constitution, if the office of defence commissioner should be introduced, whether the first appointment to the office of judge should be limited to five years, and which powers in the foreign policy should the president of the state and the government have.(hina) rml
