ZAGREB, Oct 3 (Hina) - Croatian parliament speaker Zlatko Tomcic on Tuesday held talks with Hans Koschnik, chairman of the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe's Standing Committee for Refugees' Issues, parliament's public relations
service said. Tomcic and Koschnik concluded an all-round return of refugees and displaced persons to pre-war homes was the key condition for stabilising and making safe the territory of the former Yugoslav federation. They said this called for political will by all sides and financial assistance from the international community, as well as that funds for returns would have precedence in the implementation of the Stability Pact. Koschnik and Tomcic agreed to participate in a Sarajevo meeting towards the end of the year which will gather representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Muslims and Serbs, and several Stability Pact donor countries.(hina) ha
