SPLIT, Oct 1 (Hina) - The central headquarters for the protection of the dignity of the Homeland Defence War on Saturday asked Croatian President Stjepan Mesic to finally make public who had financed his pre-election campaign and to
immediately reveal his testimony before the Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia. The HQ's head Lieutenant Mirko Condic said at a press conference in the coastal city of Split that they demanded it so that this headquarters could help the Croatian public to see "with whom it has dealings". Condic maintains that the current authorities "are quasi-democratic in rhetoric but that totally Bolshevik in essence." "Mesic, Racan and the whole bunch declare Croatian veterans, Croatian Generals and Croatian Bishops and all other who want to defend the values of the Homeland Defence war as state enemies," Condic said adding that "the truth is quite opposite."
