ZAGREB, Sept 29 (Hina) - Croatia's minister of justice, government, and local self-government and OSCE's high commissioner for national minorities met in Zagreb on Friday to discuss the draft of a constitutional bill on national
minorities. Minister Stjepan Ivanisevic told reporters after the meeting the draft was in the stage in which it could be discussed with representatives of the international community. He added it had been considered already by the Council of Europe Venice Commission and given a positive mark. "There had also been some open issues we discussed today in an attempt to find adequate solutions" but they are of a legal and technical nature, Ivanisevic said of today's talks with Max van der Stoel of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Parliament should discuss the bill on national minorities after
voting on amendments to the constitution.
Later today, Van der Stoel will hold talks with Deputy Foreign
