is visiting Strasbourg at the invitation of the CoE parliamentary Assembly, is also to hold talks with CoE secretary general Walter Schwimmer and president of the European Court for Human Rights Luzius Wildhaber. The Croatian President is to speak before representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly on the situation in Croatia and its achievements in foreign policy. Mesic will also stress that knowledge and capital of foreign partners and international organisations is necessary for Croatia's further development.
