CONST. JUDGES FROM BH VISIT CRO CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

ZAGREB, Sept 26 (Hina) - A delegation of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Constitutional Court, headed by president Kasim Begic, on Tuesday visited the Croatian Constitutional Court, exchanged experiences and held talks on future cooperation between the two Constitutional Courts. Pointing out that the Bosnia-Herzegovina Constitutional Court was founded only in 1997, Begic said talks with Croatian colleagues were very useful for further constitutional legal practice in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Bosnia-Herzegovina Constitutional Court is interesting according to its composition because it includes nine judges, of whom three are from the European Court for Human Rights, four are elected by the Assembly of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and two by the Assembly of Republika Srpska.
