The co-chairman, Marti Ahtisaari, and the advisory board for the Southeast of Europe arrived in Zagreb on Sunday. Ahtisaari told reporters the advisory board was commencing a study on the first two working tables of the Stability Pact for the Southeast of Europe dealing with human rights and democracy issues, and economy.
