likely to be completed in ten days, said an investigating judge, Pavao Rukavina, in Gospic on Tuesday evening upon the completion of the on-the-spot inquiry. Milan Levar, a witness who gave his statements to the Hague-based International War Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY), lost his life in the yard of his house in Gospic in the explosion on Monday afternoon. evening upon the completion of the on-the-spot inquiry.
Milan Levar, a witness who gave his statements to the Hague-based
International War Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY),

The on-the-spot investigation was conducted by a team of the
investigating centre of the Gospic-based County Court. The team
consisted of the judge Rukavina, the county's State Prosecutor,
crime police of Lika-Senj County, forensic experts and a coroner.
