The document, dubbed "An overview of information of the Ministry of
the Interior of the Republic of Croatia on events connected with
crimes in Ahmici, with suggestions for further action", was drafted
by intelligence services at the request of deputy prime minister
Goran Granic.
The document has been labelled top secret and submitted to the
Government on August 21.
The Government's Public Relations Office said in the statement the
document had been prepared by the Interior Ministry.
The most recent issue of Croatia's weekly "Nacional" claims "the
Interior Ministry has completed a 50-page report on Ahmici
identifying those who placed orders and acted out the crimes in
Ahmici when some hundred Moslem civilians had been massacred".
