ZAGREB, Aug 5 (Hina) - After laying a wreath at the cemetery of Mirogoj, on the National Gratitude Day, Defence Minister Jozo Rados on Saturday told reporters that there was no Stipetic case. Asked to comment on Friday's statement by
Drazen Budisa who asserted that he knew how the case had been created, Rados said he did not know what it was about. The Defence Minister, however, said those were certainly some combinations which render the matter as not serious. "All of it is frivolous," he added. Defence Minister asserted that the Croatian Army (HV) was not facing a collapse and that there were no difficulties regarding the budget which would be curtailed in the coming 10 years. There have been some significant economies, and with a cut budget, the HV will mange to accomplish its objectives and be modernised in accordance with NATO standards, Rados said.
