ZADAR, Aug 3 (Hina) - The Zadar County Court investigating judge on Thursday refused a request by the County State Prosecutor's Office that Ante Jurjevic, Marko Marcinko and Josko Basic be kept in custody. The three men were released
around 3pm today. Investigating judge Milan Pecina accepted a request by the County State Prosecutor's Office that an investigation be launched against the three men, who are suspected of having abused their office and powers in business operations and forged official documents thus causing damage to the Glumina Bank and companies from the Zadarkomerc Group amounting to more than 54 million kuna.(hina) rml
