ZAGREB, July 21 (Hina) - The Zagreb Municipal State Prosecutor's Office on Friday indicted Miroslav Kutle and another 12 persons before the Zagreb Municipal Court on charges of misuse in economic transactions which damaged Tisak, the
largest national press distributor, for some 47 million kuna (US$5.7 million). The Zagreb Municipal State Prosecutor's Office said in a statement today the other indictees were Zdenko Francetic, Bozidar Maric, Petar Anic, Krunoslav Marcinko, Ivan Majic, Juraj Hrvacic, Mladen Strukan, Ivan Granic, Tomislav Mesaric, Milena Senator, Drazen Mandic, and Stanko Koncul. They were charged with abuse of power in economic transactions and forging an official document thereby making illegal property gain of about 47 million kuna, mostly for the Globus Holding company, thus in major part damaging Tisak. It was suggested that Kutle's detention be extended until the conclusion of the
