ZAGREB/ROME, July 28 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan will meet his Italian counterpart Giuliano Amato in Dubrovnik on Saturday. The two officials are expected to discuss the improvement of bilateral relations and
increasing security measures on the Adriatic Sea. Racan and Amato will have a working breakfast at which they will discuss the cooperation between the two countries, established in Rome in May, when Racan paid his first official visit to Italy. Since Racan will arrive in Dubrovnik on his way from Bosnia-Herzegovina and Amato will arrive from Albania, the two officials will discuss the situation in the two countries and the security situation on the Adriatic Sea, Italian diplomatic sources say. The Italian side hopes that Racan and Amato will reach a more firm agreement regarding security on the Adriatic Sea in the light of the increasing number of attempts to smuggle humans, drugs and weapons.
