CRO PRESIDENT AND BH FEDERATION PREMIER HOLD TALKS

ZAGREB, July 10 (Hina) - Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia- Herzegovina agree that the Dayton Agreement must be implemented in its entirety and enable Bosnia-Herzegovina to join the Euro- Atlantic integration, Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia- Herzegovina Edhem Bicakcic said in Zagreb Monday, after talks with Croatian President Stipe Mesic. When asked whether last week's decision of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Constitutional Court, which conformed the constituency of all three nations in Bosnia-Herzegovina on the entire territory of the state, was in line with the Dayton Agreement, Bicakcic said yes. "Constitutional experts said it was the implementation of the Dayton agreement and I have no reasons to doubt this", Bicakcic said. The Bosnia-Herzegovina Constitutional Court last week passed a decision in line with which regulations of the Constitution of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Republika Srpska were not in accordance with the State Constitution which confirms the constituency of Serbs, Croats and Bosniaks on the entire territory of Bosnia-Herzegovina. "This is surely a significant moment which will contribute to integration of Bosnia-Herzegovina", Bicakcic said. Bicakcic and Croatian President Mesic held talks on the building of infrastructure objects within the Stability Pact, primarily highways, gas pipe lines and other objects which can promote the accelerated joining the southeast of Europe in Euro-Atlantic integration.
