The six parties cannot pass any decisions and are not entitled to meet, this must be done by the mechanisms this people has elected, the President said in Djakovo after attending mass in the eastern town's cathedral. "I want this (decision-making) to return within constitutional and legal frameworks and this is why I must give them (the coalition) this message," he asserted.
