ZAGREB, June 30 (Hina) - The University of Zagreb Vice-Chancellor's Office and the Croatian Emigration Institute (HMI) will organise a Croatian language and culture school for foreign students in Zagreb between July 3 and 28. The
school will be conducted by Zrinka Jelaska and attended by 48 students from the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Austria, Australia, Chile, Island, Germany, Italy, and Sweden, HMI said in a statement on Friday. The Croatian language and culture university school was initiated ten years ago and is intended for students of Croatian origin, even though diplomacy and business students from other peoples have been attending for years. According to the HMI statement, the structure and relatively high number of this year's students is indicative of a growing interest among youth of Croatian origin and other language communities to learn Croatian.(hina) ha jn
