ZAGREB, June 23 (Hina) - Croatia's Money Transfers Bureau on Friday said the economy's financial results in 1999 were unfavourable, as indicated by an expenditure 4.3 billion kuna (US$537.5 million) higher than income earnings, and
losses exceeding returns after taxation by 6.7 billion kuna (US$837.5 million). Income earnings of 59,572 subjects which submitted reports on last year's business totalled 275.3 billion kuna (US$34.41 billion), which was 5.3 percent more than in 1998.
