TIRANA, June 16 (Hina) - Albania and Croatia have excellent political relations that can set an example in other sectors, said the Presidents of these two countries, Rexep Meidani and Stjepan Mesic respectively. After his talks with
his Albanian host Meidani, President Mesic, who arrived in Tirana on Friday evening on a two-day visit to Albania, said the leaderships of the two countries had similar views on the regional development. They agreed that the region of the Balkans is facing the threat of war as long as Slobodan Milosevic is at the helm of Yugoslavia. On Friday evening Meidani gave a dinner for President Mesic and Croatia's delegation. On Saturday Mesic will hold talks with Albanian senior officials and representatives of Croatian firms that work in Albania.(hina) ms
