official visit to Albania, Mesic answered in the negative when asked by reporters whether a revision of military disability benefits had gone in the wrong direction. "I think it has taken the right direction. The revision had to be done, because there had been many cases of embezzlement which is not allowed in a law-based state. It should have been done much earlier," the President said. "Croatia had an excellent medical corps and health care, our wounded soldiers were taken care of in time and there is a case history for every one of them.
