ZAGREB, May 24 (Hina) - A Croatian Defence Ministry delegation on Tuesday departed for a three-day official visit to the United States Department of Defence for talks on the situation in the region and Croatian-U.S. defence
cooperation. According to a statement the Croatian Defence Ministry released on Wednesday, the delegation will be received by U.S. Assistant Defence Secretary Franklin D. Kramer. While in the U.S., the delegation will visit the United Nations and discuss Croatian army participation in UN peace operations with the UN Secretary-General's assistant for peace operations, Bernard Miyet.
