Rodoljub Baric from "Blago Zadro" military school presented the United States officers with strategic-military goals the enemy army in Croatia and the implementation of its military operations in the first phase of the war. He elaborated conditions the Croatian defence faced back then and discussed ways the Croatian Army responded to hostile attempts. The Americans were also informed of Croatian Army's strategic goals in the second and third phases of the war, namely Croatian Army's offensive activities which aimed at the liberation of its own territory.
