ZAGREB, May 5 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan will leave Croatia for an official visit to Italy and the Vatican on Sunday. After the visit to Italy and the Vatican, Racan will visit the NATO headquarters in Brussels,
where Croatia's admission to the Partnership for Peace programme should be confirmed. Racan will meet Pope John Paul II on Monday, May 8, as part of his visit to the Holy See. The Prime Minister will also meet Giovanni Battista, the Holy See's deputy state secretary. On Monday afternoon Racan will meet the highest Italian state officials. On Tuesday, May 9, Racan will visit Brussels, where he will hold talks with NATO Secretary-General Gorge Robertson and the Permanent Council, which is made up of the heads of permanent missions to NATO.
