ZAGREB WEDNESDAY ZAGREB, April 25 (Hina) - U.N. Special Rapporteur on Human Rights Jiri Dienstbier will on Wednesday visit Zagreb, where he is to meet President Stipe Mesic and government representatives. On the basis of Dienstbier's
report, the U.N. Commission for Human Rights on April 18 in Geneva welcomed democratic elections in Croatia and the country's progress in the protection of human rights, and suggested that Croatia no longer be discussed within the framework of human rights violations next year, if the observed progress continued.(hina) mm rml
