PULA, April 20 (Hina) - Depositors in Istarska Banka, for which a temporary trustee has been appointed recently, may draw up to DM500 a week from their foreign savings accounts as of Thursday. Transfer payments may be carried out for
amounts up to DM2,000, or another currency in countervalue. Due to a slight improvement in transactions, the bank's management has decided to grant loans with a reduced interest rate as of May 1. The annual interest rate on housing loans is thus reduced from 12 to 10 percent, and on car purchase loans from 15 to 14 percent.(hina) ha jn
