ZAGREB ZAGREB, April 4 (Hina) - The mine victims section at the Croatian Association of Disabled Persons presented a catalogue on the rights of mine victims in Zagreb on Tuesday. The brochure should help mine victims exercise their
rights, which are built into about a hundred laws and legal acts and are related to decisions by different associations and institutions, it was said at the presentation. The head of the section, Antun Vincetic, said one of the main tasks of the section was to create a data base on Homeland War mine victims. A total of 800 mine victims have been registered since the establishment of the section in May last year to date. The number of mine victims has been estimated at about 1,500. Vincetic also reminded of the difficult situation of civilian invalids and pyro-technicians who were disabled in mine accidents.
