Farrand announced that a commission for the revision of laws, consisting of international legal experts, would in coming weeks and months work on the adoption of basic district laws.The commission will in the next several days forward to the district government for consideration laws on administration and police, as well as the Assembly Rule Book and a proposal for the district official gazette. government, Brcko police heads, and the head of the local tax
administration, who were appointed by decree by Brcko District

Farrand also informed the Assembly of his visits to Sarajevo
yesterday, where he sought additional funds for the reconstruction
of infrastructure and economic revival from international
institutions.
Present at the session were representatives from cantonal, entity
and state assemblies - pre-war residents of Brcko, as well as
representatives of international organisations operating in the
Brcko District.
