ZAGREB, March 22 (Hina) - Croatian First Deputy Prime Minister Goran Granic on Wednesday held talks with the deputy director for infrastructure and development at the British Trade and Industry Ministry, Lawrence Bristow-Smith.
Bristow-Smith had expressed interest in new Croatian Government projects in the development of energy supply and infrastructure, as well as in the possibilities of cooperation in investment projects, the Government's Public and Media Relations Office said in a statement. Granic stressed Croatia wished to create a good atmosphere for serious investors in all fields, but also expected understanding from international companies for the difficult economic situation and the consequences of war which Croatia was facing, the statement said.(hina) lml mm
