ZAGREB, Mar 8 (Hina) - Germany will soon open a Germany economy envoy's office for Croatia, German Ambassador Volker Haak said in Zagreb on Wednesday, adding the aim was for the office to become a Croatian-German chamber of commerce.
Addressing a Croatian-German Society gathering on the subject of what the European community expected of Croatia, Haak announced a German delegation composed of representatives of all ministries would visit Croatia in the near future "to delineate fields of co-operation and identify projects." Speaking about conditions awaiting Croatia in integration with Euro-Atlantic structures, among which are the return of refugees to pre-war homes, compliance with the Dayton peace agreement in Bosnia, and co-operation with The Hague war crimes tribunal, Haak said the new government had put Croatia on a good path towards meeting them.
