ZAGREB, Feb 29 (Hina) - Croatian parliament president Zlatko Tomcic on Tuesday received Russian Ambassador Eduard Kuzmin for talks on bilateral relations and Croatian-Russian cooperation. During the talks, both officials expressed a
mutual wish to advance cooperation on the basis of traditionally good relations, especially in the economy. Also tackled were the issues of Prevlaka, Croatia's southern-most tip bordering with the Yugoslav Republic of Montenegro, and debts from the times of the Soviet Union and the former Yugoslav federation. Kuzmin invited Tomcic to head a Croatian parliamentary delegation on a visit to the Russian parliament, an invitation Tomcic accepted. Tomcic today also received Bosnia's Ambassador to Croatia Hasan Muratovic. bilateral relations and Croatian-Russian cooperation.
During the talks, both officials expressed a mutual wish to advance
cooperation on the basis of traditionally good relations,
especially in the economy.
Also tackled were the issues of Prevlaka, Croatia's southern-most
tip bordering with the Yugoslav Republic of Montenegro, and debts
from the times of the Soviet Union and the former Yugoslav
federation.
