Europe, Racan said "problems in Southeast Europe began with the

Croatia's premier said his government was continuing to co-operate
with the war crimes tribunal in The Hague, pursuing with the return
of displaced persons without ethnic discrimination, and wishing to
strongly support the integrity of neighbouring Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
Addressing the issue of Croatia's transition, Premier Racan said
his government did not expect any no-return assistance, but
partnership in projects of mutual interest.
"Together with the Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS) and other
parties, we have to keep up the people's hope that we will change the
difficult situation in the country," said Racan, who is also the
president of the Social Democratic Party which in coalition with
the HSLS won parliamentary elections earlier this year.
