BERLIN, Mar 8 (Hina) - Croatia will not build Chinese walls against its neighbours as in the times of President Tudjman, Croatian Premier Ivica Racan told the "Democratisation in Globalisation Times" conference of the German social-democratic "Friedrich Ebert" foundation in Berlin on Wednesday. Taking part in a panel on the issue of transition and integration in Europe, Racan said "problems in Southeast Europe began with the Greater Serbia aggression." He voiced hope that "after it is curbed, it will be possible to live in peace in the next millennium."
