Sweden's Foreign Ministry and the chairman of this working table.

Eliasson told reporters on Monday that such conferences could serve

adding that this pact is a political formula devised to contribute
to democratic processes in the south-east of Europe.
He said some countries such as Romania and Bulgaria had seriously
taken offered chances and met conditions for the beginning of
negotiations on their association with the European Union.
At the Sarajevo event, Croatia will be represented by Tomislav
Thur, the head of the office of the national co-ordinator of the
Stability Pact on behalf of the Foreign Ministry and Brigadier
Zeljko Dobranovic on behalf of the Defence Ministry.
