The centre "Casi Romani" was established as part of the project "Better Perspective of Roma Women in the Labor Market". The EUR 157,207 project is being implemented by the Croatian Employment Service - the branch office Zagreb, and the partners are the City of Zagreb, CESI and Association of Roma Women in Croatia "Better Future", while the collaborator of the project is Berufsfoerderungsinstitut, Burgenland from Austria.
The HZZ was given donations from the IPA component IV on human resources development.
The one-year project was launched on 17 November 2010.
So far, 10 Roman women attended computer literacy training and another 10 Roman women are currently attending training for cook assistants and hotel maids.
