Part of 'Badel 1862' employees, gathered in a coordination for the protection of the factory, blocked the factory's plants in Zagreb late last year, accusing the former and current management and supervisory committee of illegal privatisation and ownership transformation to the detriment of small shareholders. According to the HFP data, the largest part of the factory's shares, 39.17 percent, are owned by small shareholders, however, the exact ownership structure should be established at the shareholders' assembly because shares have been sold in the meantime.
