BUDAPEST BUDAPEST, Jan 24 (Hina) - Hungarian State Secretary at the foreign ministry, Zsolt Nemeth and chief deputy of the coordinator of the Stability Pact for the South-East of Europe, Donald Kusch, warned in Budapest on Monday
about the necessity of raising funds for the realisation of the Stability Pact goals. The first working table, relating to issues of democratisation and human rights took place in Budapest Monday. Hungary is chairing the working table. The session was held within preparations for the working table's conference on February 21. Head of the Croatian delegation, Tomislav Thuer, said Croatia was working on a project to organise a meeting of parliament speakers to discuss the role of parliament in the implementation of the Pact.
