LJUBLJANA, Feb 10 (Hina) - Croatia's newly-elected President Stipe Mesic on Thursday said Croatian-Slovene issues could be solved rapidly, and announced his wish to visit the Slovene capital of Ljubljana soon. "There are problems, but
they can be solved. They must be solved by this generation, and they must be solved during my mandate," Mesic told Slovenia's POP-TV station. For Croatia, relations with neighbouring Slovenia and Bosnia-Herzegovina are of outstanding importance due to integration with Euro-Atlantic structures. "I want to visit Slovenia as soon as possible," the Croatian President said. He rejected allegations on possible problems in co-operation with Croatian Premier Ivica Racan. "We come from the same structure and we shall cooperate," he stated resolutely.(hina) ha
