INVESTIGATION, CUSTODY REQUEST FILED AGAINST MIROSLAV KUTLE

ZAGREB, Feb 4 (Hina) - The Municipal State Attorney's Office in Zagreb on Friday filed a request for an investigation of and detention for Miroslav Kutle. Kutle is the former majority owner of "Tisak", Croatia's largest press distributor. He was taken into custody yesterday evening. According to a statement the Office issued today, investigation has been requested for another 11 persons. The statement gives the suspects' initials, adding detention has not been requested in their case. An investigation request will be submitted to the Zagreb County Court to investigate the abuse of power in business and the forgery of an official document, acts by which "Globus Holding" damaged "Tisak" for approximately US$6.2 million.
